This 6 week session will provide women with the tools required to deal with a potential violent situation. You will learn the "soft skills" (ie how to avoid looking like a "victim", listening to your gut, and how to avoid potential dangerous situations) and the "hard skills" (ie learning to strike vulnerable targets, as well as techniques that combat common attacks, such as hair grabs, wrist grabs, chokes, and knife threats) needed to reduce your chance of becoming a victim.
Invictus Krav Maga will be organizing "a day at the range." All experience levels are welcome (including beginners). This course will provide 1 hour* of training in each of the three areas listed below: - Live fire exercises with a firearm (drawn from a holster) - Krav Maga Weapons Defensive Tactics - Force-On-Force simulation training For a total of 3 hours of training. Afterwards, we will have a BBQ lunch. Please see details below.

The Combat Fighting Instructor Course is one of the most popular courses that IKMF offers. The course will combine elements from boxing, kick boxing, wrestling, BJJ & MMA. This 5 day session will be taught by EIT Chris Tzikas. This class is open to IKMF students P2 and above. This course is also open to students associated with other Krav Maga organizations, as well as students who train in other fighting styles... such as BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, etc, with prior approval from John Montalbano.
