KIDS KRAV MAGA CLASS SCHEDULE

NOTE: THE KIDS PROGRAM WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS WORTH OF BREAK OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR... A ONE WEEK SUMMER BREAK (DATES WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY THE END OF MAY) AND A ONE WEEK BREAK THAT OCCURS AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE YEAR DUE TO INSTRUCTOR TRAINING. PAYMENT CONTINUES TO OCCUR DURING THESE 2 WEEKS OF BREAK.

TUESDAY:

3:30pm - 4:00pm (KID CLASS, 5-7 years old)

4:00pm - 4:45pm (YOUTH CLASS, 8-10 years old) 

5:00pm - 6:00pm (JR CLASS, 11-14 years old)

THURSDAY:

3:30pm - 4:00pm (KID CLASS, 5-7 years old CLASS)

4:00pm - 4:45pm (YOUTH CLASS, 8-10 years old) 

5:00pm - 6:00pm (JR CLASS, 11-14 years old)

SATURDAY:

9:00am - 9:45am (YOUTH CLASS, 8-10 years old)

10:00am - 11:00am (JR CLASS, 11-14 years old... combined with adult class)


HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

The gym will be closed for the following holidays:

  • New Years Day# (January 1)
  • Easter Sunday Weekend (Varies)
  • Memorial Day Weekend (Last Saturday/Sunday/Monday in May)
  • Independence Day# (July 4th)
  • Labor Day Weekend (1st Saturday/Sunday/Monday in September)
  • Halloween* (see note below)
  • Thanksgiving Weekend (4th THU in November, through the adjacent Sunday)
  • Christmas Week (24th - 31st of December)

# NOTE: If New Years Day or Independence day fall on a:

  • Sunday, the gym will also be closed the preceding Saturday & following Monday.
  • Monday, the gym will also be closed the preceding Saturday.
  • Tuesday, the gym will also be closed the preceding Saturday & Monday.
  • Wednesday, the gym will also be closed the following Thursday and Saturday.
  • Thursday, the gym will also be closed the following Saturday.
  • Friday, the gym will also be closed the following Saturday.
  • Saturday the gym will also be closed that day.

* NOTE: For Halloween, only the (adult) EVENING classes are cancelled. Morning & afternoon classes are still open... costumes encouraged!


ADULT TESTING SCHEDULE

January: Testing will take place on the 2nd or 3rd weekend (depending when New Years day falls)

April: Testing will take place on the 2nd or 3rd weekend (depending when Easter falls)

July: Testing will take place on the 2nd or 3rd weekend (depending when 4th of July falls)

October: Testing will take place on the 2nd weekend

TESTING FEES

Current fees* are as follows:

P Level Testing Fee = $75
G Level Testing Fee = $100

* All students who test must be currently enrolled in the IKMF Passport app and must be dressed in an official IKMF uniform (ie shirt and pants/shorts) on test day.

TESTING PREREQUISITES

Testing is not an "automatic" benefit. The opportunity to test must be earned. Earning the opportunity to test requires attendance in class. The following is a guideline for the MINIMUM required number of hours# in order to be invited to test:

  • To test for the rank of P1: 40 hours of beginner class
  • To test for the rank of P2: 50 hours of beginner class
  • To test for the rank of P3: 50 hours of beginner class, 50 hours of intermediate class
  • To test for the rank of P4: 60 hours of intermediate class
  • To test for the rank of P5: 70 hours of intermediate class
  • To test for the rank of G1: 80 hours of intermediate class

# The number of hours required to test shall be measured by the IKMF Passport app. All students must download and install this app. It is the students responsibility to inform an Invictus Staff Member if their passport app no longer works. No exceptions (ie sickness, injury, pre-arranged vacation, etc) will be made to the minimum required number of hours.

NOTE: Testing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you must cancel, a credit will be issued for a future test. Credit cannot be applied to apparel or monthly dues.
