This 6 week session will provide women with the tools required to deal with a potential violent situation. You will learn the "soft skills" (ie how to avoid looking like a "victim", listening to your gut, and how to avoid potential dangerous situations) and the "hard skills" (ie learning to strike vulnerable targets, as well as techniques that combat common attacks, such as hair grabs, wrist grabs, chokes, bear hugs, misc ground attacks and knife threats) needed to reduce your chance of becoming a victim.
Please note, this 6 week session will deal with adult themes and is available for women only, ages 15 and above. Women under the age of 15 may be able to attend if they have the consent of a parent or guardian and the request is approved by the head instructor.
