This is for an introductory lesson. This class is open to ages 15 and up. Parental consent required for minors. All fitness levels are welcome! PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW.

Description

Please:

  • Before signing up, please check our class schedule for regular and holiday hours. The class schedule can be found by clicking here: Class Schedule
  • Wear comfortable clothing (t-shirt & sweat pants/leggings).
  • Bring Water!
  • Bring groin protection if you have it... women, as well as men. 
  • Leave all jewelry (earrings, visible piercings, rings, etc) at home as you will not be allowed to participate if you wear such items to class.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
