This is for an introductory lesson. This class is open to ages 15 and up. Parental consent required for minors. All fitness levels are welcome! Should you decide to join us, the fee that you pay for this introductory class will be REFUNDED back to you! PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BELOW.

Please:

  • Wear comfortable clothing (t-shirt & sweat pants/leggings).
  • Bring Water!
  • Bring groin protection if you have it... women, as well as men. 
  • Leave all jewelry (earrings, visible piercings, rings, etc) at home as you will not be allowed to participate if you wear such items to class.
