Lalaine began Krav Maga in early 2015 to learn to protect herself and her family. She quickly became passionate about self-defense training. Her preference is to train and teach from a technical perspective, so students know how to perform a technique properly and also understand the concept and biomechanics behind it. This is especially important in effectively defending oneself against attackers of various sizes and strengths.

With a strong desire to help and empower others, especially women and children, Lalaine began teaching Kids and Youth Krav Maga classes and assisting with Women’s Self-Defense Seminars in 2017. She completed an intensive year-long instructor training course and became a Krav Maga certified Civilian Instructor in 2018 under the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF).

Lalaine has also trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and earned her Women Empowered Belt from Gracie University and is an NRA-certified Rifle Instructor.

Outside of Krav Maga, Lalaine completed 3 Obstacle Course Races in one calendar year and earned the coveted Spartan Trifecta Medal. When not training, Lalaine enjoys spending time with her family, international traveling, cooking, watching movies and lots of HGTV.

Lalaine is available for private lessons, corporate seminars and group lessons for various organizations (ie sororities, women's groups, church groups, etc). Lalaine can be reached at
